Clients send us their manpower requirements, detailing the skills, project duration and number of workers required for their project.
We provide a detailed quotation and finalize rates with the client. Selected workers are then sent for screening and interviews to ensure they meet the client's specific needs.
Once terms are mutually agreed upon, a contract is signed. Our team then ensures the timely mobilization of workers to the client's site, ready to contribute to the project.
